We’re working with an international entrepreneur who’s preparing to incorporate in Zambia - and they’re looking for a Non-Executive Director to help anchor their business with credibility, compliance, and local insight. This is a meaningful opportunity to lend your name, experience, and wisdom to a growing enterprise - without the demands of day-to-day management

What the Role Involves

As Non-Executive Director, you’ll:

Be appointed to the company’s board as a statutory director.
Represent the company locally for regulatory, banking, and stakeholder engagements.
Review and sign off on official documents, filings, and resolutions.
Offer guidance on local risks, opportunities, and compliance matters.
Join occasional virtual meetings with the founder and legal team.
You won’t be expected to run operations but your presence will be vital for governance, reputation, and regulatory alignment.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from Zambian nationals or residents who:

Have served as a company director, board member, or senior executive.
Understand Zambia’s corporate laws and compliance requirements.
Are known for their professionalism, discretion, and reliability.
Can confidently engage with PACRA, ZRA, banks, and other institutions.
Are comfortable reviewing documents and joining virtual calls when needed.
A background in law, accounting, or business administration would be a strong advantage but not a main requirement

This is a paid appointment. Please include in your application:

Your proposed annual director’s fee (in ZMW or USD). e.g., signing fees, travel, compliance support.
Your availability to begin onboarding in Q4 2025.
